Lets Talk About Careers

Health

Sometimes talking about health issues is embarrassing and not really the type of thing you want to discuss with someone else, especially when you’re not really sure what the problem is. Youth Advisers can tell you where you can get the right advice from, whatever your concern.

This section provides a range of information including how to find your local doctor and sexual health clinic, tips on healthy eating and living a healthier life, how to cope with worry and stress, and factual information on drink and drugs.

If you have any questions or worries on any of these issues, or you just want to find out a bit more detail, the useful website links in this section will allow you to search for organisations in your local area who can help.

News: Enter the PITS competition for the Lymphoma Association campaign.

All young people are entitled to appropriate health services. If you would like to become involved in a local group of young people who carry out mystery shopping and evaluations of local health service providers visit our get involved section for further information.

If you’re a young person with learning difficulties or difficulties the 4US website has widget publications to download and the Trans-active website goes through a transition interview with a Connexions YA.
