This section provides a range of information including how to find your local doctor and sexual health clinic, tips on healthy eating and living a healthier life, how to cope with worry and stress, and factual information on drink and drugs.

All young people are entitled to appropriate health services. If you would like to become involved in a local group of young people who carry out mystery shopping and evaluations of local health service providers visit our get involved section for further information.
