All young people are entitled to appropriate health services. If you would like to become involved in a local group of young people who carry out mystery shopping and evaluations of local health service providers contact Jo Lawson or Amanda Waller at NHS Portsmouth who offer guidance and support to young people to carry out this work. "We really value young people's views on health service provision in the city. It is an excellent opportunity for young people to have a say in the future direction of healthcare for young people in the city. We would like the Young People's Forum to elect representatives to come along to the Portsmouth City You're Welcome Steering Group and become involved with the You're Welcome project of actions."

There will be free training about mystery shopping and participation for the young people who become involved. This will be held in February half-term.
